Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 7 September 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Hospitality Training Hub website, online training courses, subscriptions, and related services. By accessing our website or purchasing a training plan, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. About Hospitality Training Hub

Hospitality Training Hub provides online hospitality training courses and training solutions for hospitality professionals and businesses. Our training plans allow organisations to provide eligible employees with access to our online course library, subject to the limits and conditions of the plan purchased.

2. Training Plans and Access

Hospitality Training Hub offers annual training plans for businesses based on employee capacity. The Starter Plan provides access for up to 25 employees, the Professional Plan for up to 50 employees, and the Business Plan for organisations requiring access for 51 or more employees. Access is provided for the duration of the purchased plan and is subject to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Account Registration

Certain features and training content require a registered account. You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account and for keeping your login details secure. Accounts are intended for the individual or organisation to which they are issued and must not be shared with unauthorised users.

4. Employee and Group Access

Business customers may provide access to employees up to the capacity included in their purchased training plan. The organisation is responsible for managing its authorised users and ensuring that access is provided only to eligible employees. User accounts and course access must not be sold, transferred, shared with unauthorised persons, or used to exceed the employee capacity of the purchased plan.

5. Payments and Pricing

Prices for training plans are displayed in euros (€) unless otherwise stated. The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed. Payment must be successfully completed using an available payment method before paid access is provided, unless otherwise agreed in writing with Hospitality Training Hub.

6. Plan Duration and Renewal

Training plans are valid for one year from the date access begins, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Any renewal terms and applicable pricing will be presented before a renewal is processed. Where automatic renewal applies, customers will be informed during the purchasing process and may manage or cancel renewal in accordance with the options provided.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund rights may vary depending on the type of customer, the nature of the purchase, and whether access to digital training content has begun. Any applicable statutory rights are not affected by these Terms. Where a refund is requested, Hospitality Training Hub will assess the request in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the purchase.

8. Course Content and Availability

Hospitality Training Hub may update, improve, replace, or remove course materials from time to time to maintain the quality and relevance of its training library. While we aim to provide reliable access to our courses and services, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed at all times due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, text, graphics, assessments, certificates, branding, and other content provided through Hospitality Training Hub are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Customers and users may access the materials for their own training purposes but may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, or commercially exploit the content without prior written permission from Hospitality Training Hub.

10. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the Hospitality Training Hub website, learning platform, accounts, or course content. This includes attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with the operation or security of the platform, sharing account credentials with unauthorised users, or using the service for unlawful purposes.

11. Certificates and Course Completion

Where a course includes a certificate or completion record, it will be issued based on the completion requirements established for that course. Certificates provided by Hospitality Training Hub confirm completion of the relevant training but do not constitute a professional licence, formal qualification, or regulatory certification unless expressly stated otherwise.

12. Limitation of Liability

Hospitality Training Hub provides training content for educational and professional development purposes. While reasonable care is taken to provide accurate and useful information, we do not guarantee that completing a course will result in any particular employment, business, financial, or operational outcome. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hospitality Training Hub will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, courses, or services.

13. Suspension or Termination of Access

Hospitality Training Hub may suspend or terminate access to the platform where there is a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, misuse of accounts or course content, non-payment, fraudulent activity, or conduct that threatens the security or operation of the service. Where appropriate, we will provide reasonable notice before access is suspended or terminated.

14. Privacy and Personal Data

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law. Information relating to customer accounts, employees, course participation, progress, and completion may be processed where necessary to provide and administer our training services.

15. Changes to These Terms

Hospitality Training Hub may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, or legal requirements. The latest version will be published on this website and will apply from the effective date stated on the page.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the use of Hospitality Training Hub services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts, subject to any mandatory rights or protections available under applicable law.
